By accessing or using chefmarrakech.com (“Site”) and booking any services
provided by Chef Marrakech (“we,” “our,” “us”), you
(“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
(“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

We provide private chef services, including but not limited to menu planning, on-site meal preparation,
catering for events, cooking classes, and related culinary experiences in Marrakech and surrounding areas.
Specific details of each engagement are outlined in your booking confirmation.

3. Bookings & Availability

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation and any required deposit.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are indicative and may vary based on menu, guest count, location, and special requests.
• A deposit (typically 30–50 %) may be required to secure your date. The balance is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are accepted via secure third-party processors or bank transfer. We do not store full card details.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Client cancellations more than 7 days before the event: deposit refundable minus transaction fees.
• Within 7 days: deposit non-refundable; additional charges for ingredients or prep may apply.
• Chef cancellations: full refund of any amounts paid, or an alternative date offered.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate kitchen facilities (clean workspace, functioning stove/oven, running water, refrigeration, electricity) unless otherwise arranged.
• Provide safe access to the premises for the chef and any assistants.
• Inform us in writing of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at least 72 hours prior to the event.

7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
Clients must communicate allergies in advance. We are not liable for adverse reactions if critical information is withheld.

8. Liability & Indemnity

• We maintain appropriate food-handling certifications and follow industry-standard hygiene practices.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your negligence, false information, or misuse of our Site or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content—text, images, recipes, trademarks, and logo—remains the intellectual property of Chef Marrakech
and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. User Content

By submitting reviews, testimonials, or images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing purposes.

11. External Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Review their policies before providing personal information.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy,
